Photography is universal. Just ask Hana. Hana has been photographing since she was a small child living in that part of the former Czechoslovakia that is now the Czech Republic. Her dad was an avid photographer as were many members of her family. Though Hana never had any formal instruction she did learn the basics from her father working with a hand-me-down camera. She then furthered her knowledge by continued shooting and experimenting. When she left Czechoslovakia to escape the communists she brought her talents with her to California.
Hana has used Nikon cameras throughout. At present she is using a Nikon D80 which she likes very much. She is ecumenical in her choice of subjects and enjoys photographing nature, action, her children who are now 19 and 16, and just about any challenging subject. She also enjoys Photoshop and would like to be more knowledgeable in its uses.
Hana has lived in the U. S. since 1981 and is a partner with her husband in their real estate business. They currently reside in Bermuda Dunes.
