Re-Entry

Once an image has been entered into a competition and has received an Honorable Mention or an Excellence Award it or any derivative image may never be re-entered into any CVDCC monthly competition. If it did not receive an HM or an EA, it may be reentered once and once only into the same Division in the same Competition Year.

For these purposes, 'in camera dups' - that is, two images taken by the same maker so close together of the same subject as to be virtually indistinguishable - are considered to be the same image.

Makeups

No makeups are allowed, except that an entrant may make up an image for an image DQed (disqualified) for reasons of not conforming to the divisional definition by entering another image in the same Division in the same Competition Year.
