This category includes any original B&W image taken by the photographer, whether developed personally or commercially. Color images converted to B&W are permitted. Hand colored images, or images showing any color other than black, white, or gray, are not permitted for this category. For example, your B&W still life may not have a red apple in it. The focus of the image should be on its pictorial quality in black & white.
