Larry Cowles, APSA EPSA AFIAP is a photographer, judge, lecturer and teacher and has put on many "how to" programs and workshops.  At one point, he spent 10 years working in the photo processing industry.  He became seriously interested in photography in the early '80's and has been a member of PSA since 1985.  He has his PSA 5th Galaxy in Color, 5 stars in Nature, 3 in Travel, 2 in Photojournalism and 2 in Small Color Prints.  Larry has over 2,000 acceptances in PSA recognized exhibitions.  Larry is very involved with the Southern California Council of Camera Clubs (S4C) and with the Exploring Light club.

Larry is also Chair of the Color Projected Image Division (CPID) of the Photographic Society of America.
