Starting in the New Year, there will be significant changes to CVDCC regular meetings and competitions. In summary (but please review Competition Gudelines for details of changes):

• There are no longer any restictions on colors of mountboards. Also a single optional overmat is permitted.
  
  
• Re-entry of images and makeups are no longer permitted.
  
  
• Category definitions (except for Creative and Special Projects) have been significantly revised to bring them in line with S4C and PSA.
  
  
• Members may only submit in absentia to a single competition each year instead of two.
  
  
• Up to 2 images may be entered in any Category in each Division, subject to an overall combined limitation across all Categories and both Divisions of 8 images entered in total.
